I am greatful for....

My Health, My Sanity, My Life, Oxygen-Air to Breathe, and to breathe easily.

My family, my friends, my troubles, my opportunities, my experiences, my goat.

Rest, relaxation, my job. I'm grateful that when I lose something, and then remember
to pray for it, I usually find it instantly...otherwise I guess it's just not that important to
find.

My faith...faith can take you anywhere. Church, the Gospel [all of this should be on the
first line of course]. Missionaries, so that everyone can share in the blessings I was born
into.

My stuff. Material possessions aren't important, but I am grateful for them just the same-
that's why I try to take care of my stuff.

Stitches, my wonderful, beautiful old car, my beater-car, my friend. I am thankful Stitches isn't new...I've been saved loads of guilt because of that. I am thankful, oddly enough, that Stitches dies in convenient places, places where I am able to coast to safety to restart her.

My cell phone. After watching the episode of Little House on the Prairie, where they were so thankful to get a land line...I realize that my phone is so much of a blessing. Instantaneous communication, I can have safety in an emergency.

Of course my scriptures!! They are my instantaneous communication with God! My instruction manual, that has answers FOR EVERYTHING!!!

You never realize how important something is until you lose it...scriptures..cell phone..pet..etc. Always be grateful.

Prayer...the best form of communication with God. The best way to vent, the best way to feel peace [I am very grateful for the Holy Ghost, which allows me to feel that peace I so desperately need].

The little voice of my littlest brother.

The "trying-to-be-evil" laugh of Becca.

Sage's "tree-eyes".

The knowledge that Sterling actually cares a whole lot under all his manliness.

Kegan's complete personality..not caring one lick, EVER, what people think about him. REALLY GREAT security. We can all learn from him.

Jordan's complete, strong faith that takes him nation-hopping to save souls.

Mom's absolute, ultimate Wisdom in everything. Her advice has never taken me astray. EVER. Thanks, Mom.

Dad's willingness to try everything. No real prejudices here, Dad can be daring, rip-roaring, and fun, and then can adapt for every environment. Reverence at church, giddiness on dirt bike, and overall, a steel-will to help EVERYONE. I hope I share some of his generosity.

I hope I can be a prime example of my family's goodness. No perfection by a long-shot, but we succeed where it counts.

Why do I write this? It was not assigned, it was not a punishment...It all is merely a reflection of how I feel. I want to know always the things I am grateful for, and remember them. Maybe its some sort of karma or something. Maybe if I know I am grateful for them, they will be protected by God. The more important things should be on top....and I will add as I find.

Love,
Anisha
