Anisha's Asian Adventures!

Thus begins my thoughts on my wonderful and funny experiences as I travel and teach English in Asia. This chronicle starts in a homey apartment in Kwun Tong (pro. Goon Tong), Hong Kong, on the eigth floor of a skyscraper on a mountainside.
After graduating from Brigham Young University Hawaii a few weeks ago with a BA in TESOL Education, I wasn't sure if all of the pieces would come together for me to be able to come to Hong Kong as I've hoped since I met with my academic advisor in 2010.
Actually, world travel has been my goal since I was a very little girl. My parents gave their passle of kids a healthy appreciation for other views, cultures, and people, while also keeping us grounded in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Maybe grounded is not the right word... they taught us that the Gospel is the same wherever you go, and that Heavenly Father wants us to seek Him and share His love in all places, just as they have done.
